Welcome to Meal Tracker App (Meal Management App). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices of QualitySoft BD regarding our mobile application and website located at www.qualitysoftbd.site.

2. Information We Collect

To facilitate meal tracking and financial transparency within your mess group, we collect the following information:

• Personal Account Data: Name (English and Bangla), Phone Number, and Email Address. This is required for account creation and member identification.
• Security Data: Encrypted passwords and One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent via email for registration and password reset verification.
• Mess Management Data: Mess names, unique Mess Codes, and member roles (Admin or General Member).
• Financial & Operational Records: Deposit amounts, mess expenses, daily meal counts, and "Sticky Notes" or notices posted by Admins.

3. Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to operate the app's core features:

• Authentication: Using your email and OTP to ensure secure access to your data.
• Automated Calculations: To calculate your individual and group meal rates, balances, and total costs based on the data provided by your mess admin.
• Reporting: Generating downloadable PDF reports of your monthly meal sheets and financial statements.
• Communication: Displaying group notices and alerting members about low balances or important updates.

4. Data Sharing & Visibility

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. App Permissions & Third-Party Services

The app requires certain permissions and uses third-party services to provide a seamless experience:

• Internet Access: To sync data with our secure servers at qualitysoftbd.site.
• Push Notifications (FCM): We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send real-time alerts about new notices, meal changes, or deposit confirmations. To facilitate this, we collect and store your device's unique FCM token.
• File Access/Storage: Required only when you choose to download and save the PDF Calculation Reports to your device.
• Firebase Analytics & Advertising ID: We use Firebase Analytics to understand app performance. This service may access your device's Google Advertising ID (AD_ID) solely for analytics and performance measurement purposes to help us improve the app. This is used even if the app does not display advertisements.

6. Data Security

All data transmission between the mobile app and our backend servers is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to update your profile information at any time within the app. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact your Mess Admin or reach out to us directly at the email provided below.
